Coronavirus Update 05/26/2020

Most of Evergreen National Bank's Lobbies will re-open to the public today. We have taken some extra precautions to ensure that our customers feel comfortable and safe banking with us. We want everyone to feel comfortable walking into their hometown bank. Steps we have taken in accordance with guidelines from the CDC:

  • Masks or face coverings are required in the lobbies. The good news for those that don't have one: we have 3 drive-thru branches that can accommodate you, as well as many digital channels! 
  • 6-foot social distance enforced with floor markers and limit to customers in branch
  • Protective barriers have been installed at the teller line
  • Ample hand sanitizer, please feel free to use before, during, and after your transaction
  • Our employees' health and temperature monitored daily
  • Some employees still working remotely to offer more space
  • The operations department is closed to the public until further notice

The new normal has been challenging, to say the least, Evergreen National Bank is committed to meeting these challenges alongside our staff, our customers, and our community.

Drive-up Locations – All drive-up locations are open and will continue to provide all essential banking services to customers.

Lobby Restrictions -  All Bank lobbies will observe social distancing. Depending on the lobby size, customers may be limited to one or two at a time. Please read posted signs. Masks are required for both employees and customers alike. Personal banking, SDB access, notary services are by appointment only. Please call: 303-674-2700 

Loan Department and Mortgage Division - By appointment only, we will follow guidelines for the number of people in a building while keeping the 6-foot social distance recommendation.
