We are so proud of our updated Bill Pay options!
You determine who you want to pay when you would like to make a payment, and which account you would like to pay from.
Once you are logged in to your digital banking site, you will be able to:
- Pay your bills with a click of a button
- Take advantage of eBill’s and receive your statement and complete payment from participating billers
- Transfer money to and from accounts you hold at other financial Institution
- Immediately Pay your friends and family with our swift person to person option (P2P)
Who can I pay?
You may pay virtually any business or individual with a valid mailing address within the United States and Puerto Rico.
The most common uses include: utilities, credit cards, cable bills, mobile bills, mortgages, HOA dues, and landlords
What if I had Bill Pay in the old site?
Great News! Most of your biller information should be waiting for you in the new and improved digital banking portal!
*There were a few exceptions. Don’t worry! We have great solutions!

- eBills – Did you use the eBill function in our old site? (You have agreed to have your biller send your bills directly to your current Bill Pay account) you do need to know the following:
- If you were using e-bills to receive your actual monthly bill statement and automatically make a payment you will have to go into your new digital banking portal (on or after 10/26/2020) and set up eBills AGAIN with those billers
- If you decide that you do not want to set up for eBills again, your biller may revert to sending you paper statements – it is possible that they may not send you one at all! If you do not receive your statement in 30 days, you should contact that biller!
- Account to Account (A2A) – Did you use the Account to Account transfer to another bank in the old site? These accounts did not come over to the new site. We have an even better option for you! You will notice in your new online banking it is a very simple process to transfer money to your accounts held at other financial institutions.
- PopMoney (P2P) – Did you pay your friends and family through PopMoney? We have great news! You can now complete this function immediately and without a charge with our Person to Person (P2P) option! Unfortunately, your Pop Money history didn’t migrate to the new site, don’t worry it is very simple to set up!
- eBills – Did you use the eBill function in our old site? (You have agreed to have your biller send your bills directly to your current Bill Pay account) you do need to know the following:

You may use Bill Pay in 3 easy steps!
- Log in to your account
- Click the “Add a Payee” button on your homepage dashboard
- Enter the requested information. This would be found in your latest bill statement
You now can continue making payments in seconds!
- Find the payee on the payments dashboard
- Enter the payment amount, date, and account you wish to pay from, then hit submit!
If you are currently enrolled in Digital Banking, you will see your options in your dashboard.

Once I hit Submit, what happens? How does Bill Pay work?
Q: How are online payments delivered?
A: Payments are sent one of two ways—electronically or by paper checks. The majority of payments are delivered electronically. Your payment information, such as your account number, is sent via secure transmission. All other payments are made by paper checks that are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service.
Q: Why is this better than paying my bills myself? Is this secure?
A: Paying bills online is one of the safest ways to pay your bills. Bill Pay helps guard against identity theft from lost or stolen checkbooks, bills, and statements. It also increases your privacy because only you can access your account information, account numbers, and payment history. As a result, you maintain tighter control of your account with real-time access to your payment activity.
Q: How long does it take before my payment is received?
A: Usually your payment is received within 2 to 7 days, depending on whether the payment is sent electronically or via paper check
Q: How are the scheduled payments processed with Bill Pay?
A: Most scheduled payments are sent electronically and funds are withdrawn from your account on the payment date.
